• Daily operational management of the department.
• Ensuring smooth operations, motivating your team, and monitoring quality, safety, and productivity.
• Monitoring the progress of operational activities.
• Guiding, coaching, and motivating team members.
• Efficient staff and work planning.
• Continuously monitoring and adjusting quality, safety, and KPIs.
• Developing and implementing sustainable solutions for operational bottlenecks.
• Conducting performance and evaluation interviews, providing constructive feedback.
• Facilitating structured and goal-oriented team meetings.
• Ensuring correct application of procedures, company guidelines, and safety regulations.
• Actively participating and setting a good example on the shop floor.
• Contributing to ideas for more efficient processes and proposing improvements.

• Experience with operational logistics, distribution, picking, or warehouse operations.
• Strong people management skills and organizational talent.

• Experience with staff planning and work distribution.
• Knowledge of KPI tracking and process optimization.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
• Fluent in Dutch.
• Knowledge of French is a plus.
