Client Relations and E commerce Officer

• Customer advice and relations: respond to clients by phone and email, help them choose the appropriate diffuser and fragrance for their space, then support them long-term.
• After-sales service: handle first-level technical requests, returns, and complaints, and ensure the link with suppliers.
• E-commerce: manage the online store (product sheets, visuals, prices, stocks, promotions, blog articles), track orders, and ensure the website is always up to date.
• Marketing: prepare newsletters, social media publications, and promotional campaigns, then measure their results with regular reports.
• Prospecting and retention: identify and contact professional prospects, including key accounts. Follow up on pending quotes and inactive clients, and organize refill reorders.

What they ask

• Education in commerce, marketing, or management, or equivalent experience.
• First successful experience in customer relations, sales, or e-commerce.
• Ease on the phone: able to convince without forcing.
• Excellent written expression in French (Dutch and/or English is a real plus).
• Comfortable with digital tools. Knowledge of WooCommerce, Canva, Office suite, an e-mailing tool, or a CRM is an asset.
• Autonomous, organized, and rigorous in follow-up.
• Sensitive to the world of perfume, decoration, or customer experience.
