This assignment is for a growing organization led by an experienced professional. The activity is developing rapidly, mainly through word-of-mouth. Reinforcement is sought to absorb the growth of a portfolio of about a hundred files, including a significant group composed of several companies. The desired profile is capable of working in complete autonomy to assist the manager and help absorb increasing activity.
The activity is gradually refocusing on corporate files, whereas the portfolio was previously equally divided between individuals and companies. Collaboration and mutual support are essential. Client meetings will initially take place alongside the manager.
What you do
- Autonomous and complete management of files, from A to Z, including accounting, VAT declarations, personal income tax (IPP) and corporate income tax (ISOC), closings, and balance sheets.
- Taking charge of part of the portfolio to assist the manager and absorb business growth.
- Progressive focus on corporate files.
- Participation in client meetings, initially alongside the manager.
- Direct and regular collaboration with the manager, in a logic of mutual exchange.
Profile
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a fiduciary, with confirmed autonomy in the complete management of files.
- You are competent, reliable, and capable of working without supervision.
- You appreciate collaboration and the idea of building a partnership where everyone contributes to each other.
- Independent status.
- Comfortable in a small, human-sized, and rapidly developing structure.
