HR Consultant

• You work in-house at a client in the logistics sector and are the eyes and ears on the work floor.
• You walk around, chat with flexible employees, and ensure new colleagues feel welcome.
• You answer questions about contracts, planning, and leave.
• You switch effortlessly between Dutch and English in an international work environment.
• You process contracts, keep personnel files up-to-date, and ensure smooth HR processes.
• You manage personnel changes and absenteeism registrations.
• You coordinate with team leaders, schedule candidate interviews, and ensure optimal staffing.
• You respond quickly to sick reports or unexpected peaks with appropriate solutions.
• You play an active role in attracting new colleagues by giving tours and answering questions.
• You demonstrate a strong personality, clear communication, and a people-oriented approach in a dynamic environment.

What they ask

• MBO 4 work and thinking level, preferably in HRM or a similar education.
• Good command of both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with onboarding, personnel administration, or contract management is a plus.
• Driving license B and own transport.
• A hands-on mentality, a strong sense of responsibility, and the drive to get things done.
