An organization is looking for a Cloud Project Manager to lead the governance and delivery of a large-scale cloud migration program at one of their clients, a major player in the financial services sector.
- You'll be the person who keeps multiple cloud workstreams aligned on plans, budgets, risks and decisions.
- You'll join a cloud migration project built around several workstreams: migrations, platform foundations and landing zones.
- Product Owners define priorities, Solution Architects design the solutions and Change Managers drive adoption.
- You make sure it all comes together, and you report to program-level governance.
What you do
- Set up and run the governance of the cloud delivery organization: cadence, decision forums, controls and accountabilities.
- Build and maintain the integrated cloud migration roadmap across all workstreams.
- Prepare and facilitate the steering committee, follow up on decisions and escalate when needed.
- Track budgets, forecasts, actuals and funding gaps, and trigger corrective actions.
- Manage risks, blockers and dependencies across infrastructure, security, architecture, platform teams and external partners.
- Deliver clear management reporting and challenge reported status and dates.
- Make sure decisions turn into concrete actions and milestones are delivered.
Profile
- 8+ years in project or program management within complex IT transformations.
- Proven experience running senior steering committees and multi-team governance.
- Strong skills in planning, roadmaps, risks and dependency management.
- Solid financial follow-up: budgets, forecasts, actuals, ETC.
- Experience in financial services or another regulated environment.
- Cloud migration experience on Azure.
- MSP, PMP, PRINCE2 or SAFe certifications are a plus.
- Fluent English; French and/or Dutch is a plus.
