As a nurse, you are an indispensable link in the recovery process of clients within a healthcare organization. You guide elderly individuals with complex psychiatric and somatic care needs. You are responsible for the entire trajectory, from admission to discharge, and ensure optimal coordination between the client, family, and treatment team.
What you will do.
- Develop a rehabilitation nursing plan in collaboration with clients.
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
- Monitor the progress of treatment goals and adjust where necessary.
- Combine guidance with care, demonstrating firmness, empathy, and effortlessly combining compassion with setting boundaries.
Profile
- Committed and professional nurse with a healthy dose of humor.
- Effortlessly switch between different clinical pictures.
- Adapt guidance style as needed.
- Enjoy working in a team.
- Curious, eager to learn, and keep professional knowledge up-to-date.
- Minimum MBO nursing degree level 4.
- BIG registration.
- Preferably experience in psychiatry or elderly care.
- Excellent social and communication skills.
- Willingness to work all shifts (early, late, and night).
- Flexibility and stress resistance.
