You will dive into the heart of one of the largest infrastructure projects in the Netherlands and let your leadership as a Site Manager shine. You are the central figure who directs teams, coordinates subcontractors, and monitors the progress of a significant project. You will have the opportunity to realize this extraordinary project and many others with a dedicated advisor.
What you will do.
- Manage teams
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Monitor progress on a large infrastructure site
- Maintain daily reports
- Ensure safety
- Make decisions when the construction site requires deviations from the plan
- Determine the course of the day in unforeseen situations
Concrete results.
- Assigned construction phases delivered in accordance with the consortium's planning, budget, and quality requirements
- Daily reports, weekly reports, and progress overviews submitted in accordance with contract specifications
- Safety registrations fully and timely submitted and approved by the safety coordinator
- On-site bottlenecks independently identified, documented, and resolved within the agreed escalation protocol
- Partial deliveries per phase formally accepted by the main contractor
Profile
- Mbo+ or hbo in Civil Engineering, Construction
- 3+ years of execution experience in infrastructure or civil engineering
- Experience in managing teams and subcontractors
