You will work as a project manager on temporary assignments for various organizations. You have the freedom to choose which assignments you work on. An example of an assignment is replacing a manual customer acceptance process with a digital workflow platform at a financial organization.
In this role, you will bring together compliance, operations, IT, and the supplier, concretize the planning and decision structure, monitor risks related to data migration, information security, and user acceptance, and manage the pilot and rollout.

- Translate project goals into a clear scope, planning
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, suppliers
- Monitor and discuss progress, budget, risks
- Engage stakeholders with clear reports and expectations
- Organize implementation and handover to ensure the result is truly delivered

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager or project lead
- Speak Dutch at a minimum B2 level
- Experience with scope, planning, budget, risks
- Lead multidisciplinary teams without taking over everything yourself
- Communicate clearly with clients, teams, and other stakeholders
