What you will do.
- Provide personal care to patients during night visits.
- Ensure clear handover to colleagues.

- Possess a caregiver certificate and a visa number.
- Be registered as a caregiver after 01/09/2019 or have followed additional training in the 5 extra caregiver actions.
- Be socially engaged, with the patient's well-being as your top priority.
- Communicate clearly and correctly with the patient and your supervisor.
- Be able to work very independently and responsibly.
- Possess a B driving license.
