What you do
- Guiding the process from intake to decision-making for spatial plans and preliminary requests under the Environmental Act (Omgevingswet).
- Ensuring good coordination with residents, entrepreneurs, and internal stakeholders.
- Providing substantive advice and support for executive activities related to the Environmental Plan (Omgevingsplan).
- Designing work and digitalization processes.
- Advising on spatial projects, including advice to the board.
- Participating in a housing program.
- Providing executive support within the team.
What they ask
- Completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level.
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrable work experience in policy and advice at a municipal organization.
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrable work experience in spatial planning at a municipal organization.
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrable work experience with the case management system and case-oriented work.
Wishes.
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrable work experience in the past 6 years with the Environmental Act (Omgevingswet).
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience in spatial planning at a municipal organization.
- Demonstrable work experience with housing programs.
- Demonstrable work experience with digitalization processes.
- Completed education at a minimum of WO master level.
