You will work for a government organization that provides shelter and guidance to residents. The goal is to support residents in their development and participation in society.
What you do
- Conduct individual interviews with residents.
- Provide tailored training sessions.
- Organize information meetings.

- Guide residents to take control of their own lives.

- Flexible availability between 08:00 and 22:00, including weekend shifts.
Practical
- You will work at one of the organization's reception locations.
- You will work in a team with various colleagues, such as residential supervisors and case managers.
- The team size varies from 15 to 40 colleagues, depending on the size of the location.
- The organization values integrity and reliability; a pre-employment screening (VOG application, diploma and certificate check, identity check) will be conducted.
