- You support clients in their recovery, independence, and participation in society.
- You work purposefully on clients' personal goals.
- You are a professional, empathetic, and strong communicator who clearly sets boundaries.
- You listen attentively, ask the right questions, and adopt a firm but always respectful attitude.
- You identify changes in clients' well-being and discuss them promptly with colleagues.
- You seek appropriate solutions and contribute to a safe, stable, and recovery-oriented living environment.
- You take initiative and act decisively, and actively contribute ideas for improvements in guidance and support.
- You contribute to a pleasant atmosphere for both clients and colleagues as a team player.
What they ask
- Relevant diploma at a minimum of MBO level 3.
- Work experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of, or willingness to acquire knowledge of, the Individual Rehabilitation Approach methodology.
- Affinity with the target group.
- Willingness to work irregular hours.
- Flexibility to cover for colleagues during illness or holidays.
- In possession of a driver's license.
