As part of defining the future WMS/YMS for an organization, we are looking for a senior AMOA consultant to lead a strategic framing mission within a complex, multi-site, and international Supply Chain environment.
What you do
- Prepare, facilitate, and lead framing workshops with business teams, branch managers, warehouse teams, and the IT department.
- Analyze existing processes, identify pain points, and areas for improvement.
- Challenge current practices and bring stakeholders to converge towards a harmonized target operational model.
- Lead arbitrations and support decision-making.
- Ensure the functional consistency of the future WMS/YMS solution.
Functional scope:
- Logistics processes: reception, storage, preparation, shipping, inventories, disputes.
- Import/export and overseas flows.
- Dock and yard management (YMS).
- Interfaces with ERP, TMS, field equipment, and partners.
- EDI and API exchanges.
Expected deliverables:
- Functional specifications document progressively drafted throughout the mission, with a view to launching a call for tenders.
- Workshop reports integrating decisions, arbitrations, actions, and open points.
- Minutes of structuring decisions validated by stakeholders.
Profile
- Senior AMOA Supply Chain consultant (minimum 8 years of experience).
- Solid experience in WMS/YMS framing projects.
- Good command of logistics processes and complex Supply Chain environments.
- Experience in facilitating workshops, drafting specifications, and supporting calls for tenders.
- Autonomous, structured, proactive, with an excellent ability to unite teams, challenge existing practices, and facilitate decision-making.
- Communication, diplomacy, rigor, and organizational skills.
