As a civil project leader, you will work within a dynamic and ambitious cluster focused on projects in area development, housing construction, business park development, and public spaces. You will be responsible for managing various projects within a government organization. You will form project teams and set the course together with colleagues. In the initiation phase, you will develop a clear strategy and an action plan for the implementation of public space projects.

- Smoothly switch between residents, developers, provincial and national authorities, and administrative and political clients.

What they ask
- Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the role of project leader for civil engineering and/or public space projects.
- Demonstrable work experience in managing multidisciplinary project teams.
Preferences.
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience with decision-making processes and the political context in a municipal organization.
- Demonstrable work experience with resistance from environments due to, for example, political interests.
- Demonstrable work experience with designing and finalizing participation processes with residents, stakeholders, and/or development partners.
- Demonstrable work experience with area development, housing construction, and/or business park development projects.
