A consulting firm is expanding its network of senior freelance evaluation experts to support proposals and implementation of projects for European institutions, international organizations, and public authorities.
What they ask
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- University degree (Master's or PhD is considered an asset)
- Proven experience in evaluation, monitoring, policy analysis, impact assessment or applied research
- Previous participation in projects funded by European institutions, international organizations or public authorities
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience conducting interviews, surveys, stakeholder consultations and data analysis
- Strong analytical, report writing and presentation skills
- Excellent command of English
