As an HR consultant, you will be visible daily on the work floor at an organization in the logistics sector. You will be a trusted point of contact for flexible employees and team leaders. You will collaborate with employees of various nationalities.
What you will do.
- Daily rounds through the logistics environment, interacting with flexible employees and guiding new colleagues
- Answering questions about contracts and planning
- Processing HR administration: contracts, personnel changes, and data in various systems
- Ensuring personnel files are always up-to-date and complete
- Supporting absence registrations and administrative follow-up
- Personnel planning: scheduling interviews with candidates, sending onboarding invitations
- Maintaining close contact with flexible employees, team leaders
- Responsible for staffing levels and employee deployability
- Preparing the basic schedule and daily processing of changes (sick leave, other mutations)
- Proactively responding to unexpected busy periods or peak moments by arranging additional capacity
- Providing tours at the client's site and enthusing potential new employees about the work
- Handling critical questions, resistance, and differing expectations with a strong personality and a people-oriented approach
Profile
- Enthusiastic HR consultant who enjoys taking responsibility and feels at home in a dynamic environment
What they ask
- MBO-4 level of work and thinking in HR or similar
- Good command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
- In possession of a B driving license and own transport
- Proactive, accommodating, and a real go-getter
Preferences.
- Experience with contract management and onboarding is a plus
