You provide care and guidance to people with acquired brain injury (ABI).
- You support residents with their daily care and perform nursing technical actions.
- You encourage independence, for example, by using care technology, focusing on what is possible.
- You identify changes, discuss them with colleagues, and jointly adjust the care plan.
- You help people, despite their brain injury, to make the most of their lives.
Profile
- You hold (or are about to obtain) a diploma as a Caregiver IG (or in combination with MMZ).
- You are willing to work flexible hours and irregular shifts, including sleeping shifts.
- You enthusiastically take on ADL tasks, knowing that you directly contribute to the well-being and daily lives of clients.
Practical
- You will work at various residential locations of a care organization.
- The care and guidance needs of residents are diverse and require a specific and tailored care offering.
- You will work with colleagues who are dedicated to care, residents, and each other, with room for personal attention and case discussions.
- A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is part of the employment process.
