Are you a communication professional who combines strategic advice with decisive execution? For a government organization, you will guide communication around a new financial and procurement system, and advise program and project teams on complex communication issues.
What you will do.
- Responsible for communication about a new financial and procurement system and its ongoing development.
- Communication with suppliers and all internal communication with stakeholders within the organization.
- Work closely with other communication professionals from the Finance and Procurement department.
- Develop a communication strategy for the new phase.
- Implement this plan, including writing messages for the newsletter, maintaining and improving information on the intranet and website, co-organizing knowledge sessions, advising on naming.
- Attend steering committee and program team meetings, bringing in signals and input from communication.
- Collaborate with project leaders on their sub-projects, advising on the communication approach.
- Inform the internal communication network.
Profile
- HBO (higher professional education) thinking and working level.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a communication professional.
- Preferably experience gained within a government organization.
