HR Manager

• Actively participate in management meetings, think critically, and integrate HR perspectives into strategic business decisions.
• Develop and implement a cohesive HR policy around workforce planning, talent development, competencies, performance management, and compensation.
• Coach and manage HR managers in various countries, focusing on both globally consistent policies and local needs and legislation.
• Monitor the selection and recruitment of senior profiles and employees for critical functions, aligned with future business needs.
• Lead strategic HR projects, such as reorganizations and employee satisfaction programs, ensuring successful implementation.
• Build strong relationships with various departments, international branches, and external partners, conducting complex discussions and negotiations.
• Translate complex HR information and personnel data into clear analyses, recommendations, and presentations to support decisions at management level.

What they ask

• A master's degree and extensive experience in a senior HR role within an international company, preferably at headquarters.
• Experience as a strategic sparring partner for senior management and executive board, with the ability to constructively question viewpoints and influence decisions.
• Demonstrable experience in managing HR professionals in different countries and working within complex, international organizational structures.
• Ability to successfully lead international HR projects and organizational changes from strategy to implementation.
• Good knowledge of labor practices, HR processes, and HR systems, combined with a pragmatic and commercially oriented approach.
• Ability to analyze complex information and translate it into clear recommendations and convincing presentations.
• Decisive, results-oriented, and resilient, with the ability to make progress in a rapidly changing environment.

Languages.

• Fluent in English.
• Dutch and French are a plus.

• Willingness to travel.
