• Guide absence management and reintegration processes, including advising on a sustainable return to work.

Your profile.

• A BIG-registered occupational physician or company doctor, or an ANIOS with a strong interest in occupational medicine.
• Independent, flexible, and able to quickly switch between different organizations and diverse situations.
• Strong communication skills and pleasant to collaborate with various stakeholders.
