You will be a point of contact for colleagues, sharing your knowledge and contributing to the development of junior colleagues.
What you will do. As an Absence Case Manager, you will guide sick employees towards sustainable recovery. You advise employers and employees on absenteeism, reintegration, and relevant laws and regulations.
Profile
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level and a CROV/ROV/RCCM qualification
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the field of absenteeism
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Engaged and socially oriented with a collaborative attitude
- Skilled in providing solicited and unsolicited advice
