As an expert, you will work on challenging educational interim assignments for various clients within the Business Services, Government, Healthcare, and Education sectors. No assignment is the same; your activities align with the client's demand, with innovative solutions that fit market developments. You have a lot of autonomy to shape the content of your assignments and manage your own schedule. The central goal is to realize a good, sustainable solution for the client.

Profile
We are looking for an expert with a passion for the L&D field who likes to stay informed about developments within the field. Someone who, in addition to their work as an educationalist, is also entrepreneurial and enjoys connecting with clients and colleagues, both internally and externally. You will work independently on challenging assignments, show initiative, think proactively, and have strong communication skills.
What they ask
- HBO or WO (higher professional education or university) work and thinking level
- Completed education in the direction of educational sciences or learning & development (a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the L&D field
- Commercially skilled
- Proficiency in Dutch language C2 level
- Proficiency in English language, spoken and written, at a minimum B2 level (a plus)
- Willingness to travel within the Netherlands and be flexible in this regard
- A B driving license or the ambition to obtain one in the short term
