You will coordinate and support the operational management of activities related to tax credits on a global scale, within an internationally recognized technology company.
- This position provides direct access to a specialized field, in a truly international environment, with the pace and variety inherent in coordination between countries and teams.

- Coordinate daily activities of tax credit programs in multiple countries, monitor progress, and follow up with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
- Maintain and update project dashboards, performance indicators (KPIs), risk registers, and status reports.
- Organize and lead meetings: planning, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
- Support the preparation and updating of technical documentation related to R&D tax credits.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, R&D departments, and external consultants.
- Manage the program's SharePoint site and associated documentation spaces.
- Quickly adapt to changing priorities between different projects and urgency levels.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of governance practices, tools and processes.
- Participate in technical interviews and information gathering sessions with R&D teams and business experts.
Wat ze vragen
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, or project management role, with demonstrated organizational skills and motivation.
- Highly organized: able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, at different paces and urgency levels, without neglecting detail.
- Adaptable and calm under pressure: comfortable with changing priorities and managing ambiguity.
- Excellent command of Excel: structured reporting, dashboards, and data monitoring.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with SharePoint and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, in English (professional level) and French (fluent).
- Curiosity and interest in tax credits, R&D programs, or regulatory and compliance topics.
- Fast learner and proactive, autonomous spirit.
Wensen
- Prior experience related to R&D tax credits or other R&D funding mechanisms.
- Experience in supporting documentation or eligibility processes in a technical or regulatory context.
- Comfortable working alongside R&D or engineering teams.
