Regional Director service vouchers

A care organization is looking for a driven Regional Director for service vouchers. You will shape the further growth and development of the service voucher operations. Together with your team, you will ensure quality service to clients, support for domestic helpers, and the achievement of strategic and financial objectives.

What you will do.

• Lead and coach a team of consultants, coaches, and administrative staff.
• Ultimately responsible for the influx, retention, deployability, and well-being of domestic helpers.
• Monitor the quality and continuity of service delivery, track results and customer satisfaction, and initiate improvement measures.
• Translate market analyses and growth opportunities into regional action plans and innovative initiatives.
• Responsible for the financial results of your region, driving profitability, productivity, efficient processes, and sustainable growth.
• Guide change processes and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, results-orientation, and continuous improvement.
• Actively build a network of external partners, labor market actors, and relevant stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for specific policy areas within the service voucher management team.
• Co-determine the policy and strategic direction of the service voucher operations and translate these into concrete actions and results within your region.
• Actively contribute to the future vision, innovation, and organization-wide decision-making within the management group.

What they ask

• Master's degree and preferably at least 10 years of leadership experience.
• Affinity with the service voucher, social profit, or labor-intensive service sector.
• Insight into labor market dynamics, the challenges of sustainable employment, and managing a diverse employee population.
• Experience in attracting, developing, and sustainably deploying employees from diverse target groups, as well as with HR policy, is a plus.
• Combine people-oriented and results-oriented leadership, inspiring and coaching employees.
• Customer-focused and entrepreneurial, with an eye for quality, service continuity, and market needs.
• Ability to motivate people and projects with your personality and persuasive power.
• Combine agility with resilience. Deal constructively with complex challenges, learn from successes and mistakes, and see change as an opportunity to grow.
• Strong analytical mind, excellent with numbers and able to link them to action plans.

• Interest in process improvement and change management.
• The possibility to start in the short term is a plus.
