As an HR consultant, you are daily visible on the work floor of a production environment. You are a trusted point of contact for flexible employees and managers. The role combines human contact, HR administration, and organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas for process improvements.
What you do
- Participate in an online daily stand-up with colleagues.
- Conduct rounds through the production environment.
- Chat with flexible employees.
- Assist new colleagues on their first workday.
- Answer questions about contracts or planning.
- Process contracts, personnel changes, and data in various systems.
- Ensure personnel files are always up-to-date and complete.
- Answer questions on HR-related topics.
- Support absenteeism registrations.
- Ensure correct administrative follow-up.
- Schedule interviews for new candidates.
- Write job descriptions.
- Conduct job interviews.
- Send invitations for onboarding.
- Coordinate with colleagues and your manager on personnel planning.
- Identify and propose opportunities for smarter or more efficient processes.
What they ask
- MBO-4 level of work and thinking in HR or similar.
- Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with contract management and onboarding is a plus.
- Proactive, accommodating, and focused on collaboration.
- In possession of a B driving license and own transport.
- Willingness to travel for occasional collaboration days.
