For a retail organization, we are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager. You will join a distribution environment that is facing a significant optimization in terms of structure, planning, KPI management, and operational efficiency. We are looking for someone who not only analyzes but primarily implements improvements, coaches teams, and delivers sustainable results.

- Analyze and optimize logistics processes within the distribution center
- Increase structure, standardization, and operational efficiency
- Clearly define roles, responsibilities, and working methods
- Implement KPI-driven follow-up and performance management
- Improve planning, forecasting, and capacity management
- Reduce reliance on temporary labor
- Eliminate operational bottlenecks
- Strengthen collaboration between logistics and business
- Coach managers and teams
- Anchor sustainable improvements within the organization
What they ask
- Experienced logistics professional with a strong background in operational logistics environments and larger warehouse organizations
- Experience within retail, fashion, e-commerce
- Successfully led transformation and improvement projects previously
- Experience with interim management or change management is a significant asset
- Hands-on and visibly present on the shop floor
- Combines a strong analytical view with a pragmatic approach
- Able to quickly set the right priorities
- Coaching leadership style to engage teams and managers in change
- Clear and consistent communication
- Dares to make decisions when necessary
- Gets energy from environments where there is still much potential
