Production Leader

• You lead a team of approximately 10 colleagues and ensure that production runs smoothly.
• You start your workday with planning, identify opportunities, bottlenecks, or priorities, and ensure clear expectations.
• You are given the space to further develop a team, streamline processes, and truly influence the way of working.
• You are a coach for your colleagues, a point of contact for other departments, and an important link between production, assembly, and the office.
• You take on improvement projects, such as applying Lean principles, optimizing work processes, and increasing efficiency on the shop floor.
• You look beyond today and think about how things can be better tomorrow.

• You like to take responsibility and maintain an overview, even when pressure increases.
• Preferably several years of experience as a supervisor within a production environment.
• Affinity with the construction or metal industry.
• Technical insight.
• You communicate easily with various colleagues and know how to involve people in changes.
• You are available full-time during day shifts.
