What you do
- You start the day at one of the regional offices and discuss the agenda with your team.
- You lead meetings on the progress of projects, such as a specific project, and coordinate actions.
- You answer questions from tenants and stakeholders about ongoing projects.
- You take on new sustainability projects and devise purchasing strategies.
- You visit transformation projects to check progress and speak with contractors.
Your responsibilities.
- You manage projects not handled by other departments within the organization.
- This includes complex projects for sustainability, renovation, maintenance, or transformation of properties.
- You are responsible for large-scale connection of homes to heating networks and addressing problematic complexes.
- Your projects involve significant internal and external risks and have a major impact.
- You are personally responsible for the success of your projects within the Planned Maintenance and Improvement department.
What they ask
- Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
- Ability to maintain an overview and set priorities.
- Results-oriented with a healthy dose of humor.
