Together with a driven team of teachers, you will build future-oriented ICT education and help students grow into ICT professionals within a public educational institution.
What you will do.
- You will be responsible for providing inspiring and challenging ICT lessons to students of various study programs (levels 3 and 4).
- You will teach in both BOL and BBL tracks.
- You are broadly deployable within the team and can teach students from different programs.
- You will cover subjects in the field of networks and infrastructure, automation, DevOps, cybersecurity (monitoring) and testing, and software development.
- You will effortlessly switch between infrastructure and development.
- You will contribute to the development of projects on which students work independently.
- You will have a coaching role in project-based education and support students in developing their professional competencies.
- You are responsible for the development of the curriculum and ensure it aligns with developments in the ICT market.
Profile
You are an energetic, independent, and communicative colleague with up-to-date knowledge of and great interest in developments within the ICT sector. You have a curious attitude and know how to motivate and stimulate students to get the best out of themselves and their studies. Collaboration is central to you.

- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
- A teaching qualification OR the motivation to obtain one as a career changer through a Pedagogical Didactic Certificate (PDG).
- Excellent command of the Dutch language is essential.
- A network within ICT and willingness to use this network for guest lectures, masterclasses, and/or excursions.
- Experience with and knowledge of several of the following areas:
- Operating systems such as Windows Server and/or Linux.
- Networking Essentials, Cisco CCNA or similar.
- Cloud solutions such as Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon.

- DevOps, REST APIs, and Python.
- Cybersecurity (monitoring) and testing.
