You are passionate about the automotive world and have a strong sense of customer service. As an automotive receptionist, you play a central role in the daily life of a garage. You are the main point of contact for clients, manage their needs, and coordinate with the workshop to ensure impeccable service.
What you do
- Welcome clients and identify their expectations
- Receive vehicles and open repair orders
- Schedule appointments, ensuring optimal organization of interventions
- Communicate with clients and mechanics about the progress of work
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare quotes and explain the work
- Manage invoicing and close files
- Develop a relationship of trust and offer quality service
What they ask
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as an automotive receptionist
- Good technical knowledge in automotive mechanics
- Proficiency in IT tools and workshop management software
- Sense of organization and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Excellent customer orientation
- Ease in relationships and effective communication
- Ability to manage priorities and unforeseen events
- Autonomy and enjoyment of teamwork
- Driving license B required
- Experience in a dealership or multi-brand garage highly appreciated
- Or equivalent by experience; General secondary education (ASO)
