Under the responsibility of a team leader, you will work on rehabilitation and/or construction projects for various types of buildings.
What you do
- Carry out design studies for fluid installations
- Perform fluid dimensioning
- Design 3D plans with Plancal Nova
- Manage technical rooms
- Select materials in conjunction with the study manager
- Conduct thermal studies (existing RT, RT 2012, E+C-, RE 2020 using Perrenoud and Pleiade) and dynamic thermal simulations (Pleiade)
- Integrate BIM into projects (with attributes, IFC exports…)
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
