This assignment is with a dynamic private practice in medical imaging, where quality, collegiality, and personalized care are central. What you will do.
- Receive patients and carefully prepare them for their examination.
- Perform radiological examinations according to protocols (e.g., RX, mammography, CBCT, DEXA-scan). Internal training for mammography or CBCT can be provided.
- Ensure accurate and high-quality imaging to support radiologists.
- Monitor patient safety and strictly follow radiation protection guidelines.
- Provide professional, reassuring, and human contact to patients.
- Contribute to efficient practice operations and support technical-organizational processes.
- Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Work closely with radiologists, fellow technologists, nurses, and the administrative team.
Profile
- Nurse with experience or strong interest in medical imaging, or a bachelor's degree in medical technology. Additional training for mammography and/or CBCT is possible.
- Digitally proficient and comfortable with electronic patient files.
- Accurate, empathetic, and professional.
- Passionate about patient contact and striving for quality care.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- Willingness to work flexibly in a variable schedule.
- Fluent in Dutch.
