You step in where needed, get to know various groups and working methods, and focus entirely on the children, while permanent colleagues handle administrative tasks.

What they ask
- Suitable diploma according to the Collective Labor Agreement for Childcare (e.g., pedagogical professional, teaching assistant, sports & movement)
- Or a child-focused HBO or WO education (e.g., PABO, pedagogy, pedagogical sciences) with sufficient study credits for after-school care or daycare
- Meet the IKK language requirement (speak good Dutch)
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) or willingness to apply for one (costs reimbursed)
Preferences.
- Previous experience working with children is a plus
- Indicate a preference for toddler care, daycare, or after-school care
Practical
- One-year contract, converted to a permanent contract upon good performance
- Salary according to the Collective Labor Agreement for Childcare, scale 6, level determined by experience and education
- Good package of secondary employment conditions (e.g., travel allowance, bicycle plan, collective insurance, year-end bonus, priority for childcare)
