Realize a future-proof Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solution leading to one integrated service management platform for a public educational institution.
- Support users via one central desk and enable end-to-end service delivery across services and faculties.
- Implement uniform processes and working methods, reduce the existing fragmentation of applications, comply with governance frameworks, and ensure sustainable embedding within the line organization.
- This project is initiated by a digitalization and information services department.
What you will do.
- Realizing a future-proof Enterprise Service Management solution.
- Preparing vendor selection.
- Decision-making and contract preparation.
- Designing the service management chain.
- Impact analysis on organization, processes, systems, and governance.
- Developing an operating model and governance.
- Defining the scope of processes and services.
- Implementing and adopting a plan for all services and departments.
- Phased migration of existing solutions (various service management applications).
- Preparing for the replacement and migration of service management and ticketing functionality currently used within an existing system.
- Preparing a new management organization.
- Transferring to the line organization.
Profile
- Primarily responsible for integral coordination, phased steering, and monitoring of progress and coherence.
- The substantive elaboration is largely entrusted to the responsible internal colleagues.
- You will carry out this assignment together with a multidisciplinary project team.

- Minimum of 3 projects independently executed in the field of IT/organizational changes in the role of Project Leader/Manager.
- Minimum of 1 project involving an organization-wide ITSM/ESM transformation.
- Minimum of an HBO (higher professional education) degree (technical, business administration, legal, or other relevant education).
- Available according to the assignment profile.
