As a basic psychologist, you independently conduct intake interviews and diagnostics, draw up treatment plans, provide tailored treatment, and evaluate treatments. Maintaining the client file and writing reports are an important part of this. The range of issues is extremely diverse.
You treat adult clients with a wide variety of complaints such as (complex) trauma-related disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, and (complex) personality issues, both in General Basic Mental Healthcare (BGGZ) and Specialist Mental Healthcare (SGGZ). You will work with various treatment methodologies such as EMDR, Schema Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. You work in a self-managing team, where you collaborate with your colleagues on both the professional and social cohesion of the team.
Team roles and tasks are distributed among colleagues, so that everyone can take responsibility. Additionally, you contribute to the development of colleagues by providing work supervision.
Profile
- You possess a LOGO declaration or meet the conditions to apply for one (Master's degree in Psychology, Basic Psychodiagnostics Certificate (BAPD), and a declaration of prior education requirements without credit deficiencies)
- Minimum two years of work experience
- You are enthusiastic about complex issues
