What they ask
- Extensive experience with procurement and tendering within a municipal organization
- A strong discussion partner who operates independently and easily switches between different interests and levels within the organization
- Completed HBO education, supplemented with a qualification in the field, such as NEVI 1 and/or NEVI 2
- Ability to provide a VOG (Certificate of Conduct)
Preferences.
- Demonstrable experience with strategic procurement advisory within a municipality or other government body
- Experience with complex and politically sensitive projects
- Experience with advising on contract and tendering strategies
