As a rental agent, you are responsible for the entire rental process. You ensure that properties are quickly and carefully re-rented and minimize vacancies. You interact daily with tenants, colleagues, and partners.
What you will do.
- Coordinate the entire rental mutation process
- Perform pre- and post-inspections
- Advertise available properties and organize viewings
- Screen and appropriately assign tenants
- Draft and have rental agreements signed
- Handle key transfers
- Process lease terminations and administrative handling
- Identify bottlenecks in the property portfolio and escalate them to the relevant departments
Profile
- Relevant higher professional education (e.g., Real Estate & Brokerage, SJD or similar) OR demonstrable experience within the housing corporation sector
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role is a plus
- Knowledge of rental processes and relevant laws and regulations
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to maintain an overview and set priorities
- Independent and proactive work attitude
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within the region
