- You are the point of contact for flexible workers and managers.

What you do
- You are visible on the work floor, chat with colleagues, and help new colleagues during their first working days.
- You are a trusted point of contact for questions about work, planning, or contract matters.
- You accurately process contracts, personnel changes, and time registrations.
- You ensure that personnel files remain complete and up-to-date.
- You support absence registrations.
- You actively contribute to improvements in work processes.
