As a Process Coordinator, you streamline processes and build bridges between disciplines to make projects successful. You monitor the consistency of working methods and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You provide direction for project steering within the team and strive for maximum project results in terms of costs, performance, and time.
What you will do.
- Coordinate, independently execute, and secure project control
- Serve as the essential link between contract, design, technology
- Set up project structures (SBS, WBS, Work Package Management)
- Apply Systems Engineering, including analyzing projects and deriving and verifying requirements with Relatics
- Set up and manage the document management system
- Develop, evaluate, and adjust quality plans and project-specific management systems
- Set up and coordinate various processes such as risk, contract, and work package management
- Coordinate timely verification and validation for the delivery and handover process
- Report progress to the client
What they ask for.
- Minimum of a completed HBO or university education, preferably in civil engineering
- Solid knowledge of setting up projects
- Interest in expanding experience with Systems Engineering and project control
- Knowledge of systems such as BIM, Relatics
- Experience with or affinity for Lean management and associated applications is a plus
