As a customer service employee at a regional health insurer, you help people with all their questions about health insurance. You will receive free training for the Wft Zorg diploma, including study materials and the exam. This is a temporary position for an end-of-year project.
What you will do.
- Answer questions about premiums and explain the differences between packages.
- Help customers switch or change their policy.
- Process mutations or add family members to a policy.
- Listen carefully to complaints and seek the best solution, always friendly and thinking in possibilities.
Profile
- Experience as a customer service employee or in a similar role.
- MBO+/HBO working and thinking level.
- Good command of the Dutch language, both in conversation and in writing.
- Proficient with computers and knowledge of MS Office.
- A Wft Zorgverzekering diploma is a plus, but can be obtained through the organization.
