Collaborate with driven colleagues and contribute to curriculum development. Dive into new developments around themes such as AI, IoT, and droning, and translate these into relevant and inspiring education. Prepare vocational students for a future where they start a job with ICT skills. Opportunities exist to gradually take on more coordinating tasks.
What you will do.
- Teach: instruct students at levels 3 and 4 in the intricacies of ICT, connecting theory to practice.
- Provide elective courses, for example in AI, IoT, or basic IT skills, to students from various programs, one evening per week.
- Coach students: pay attention to students and enjoy helping them progress, both in their learning process and personal development.
- Innovate education: closely follow developments in the world of technology and identify opportunities for education.
- Collaborate: work with colleagues to ensure a well-organized program and identify areas for improvement.
- Continue to develop: invest in your own development through training and knowledge exchange. Grow into roles such as student, program, or exam coordinator.
Profile
- A higher professional education (hbo) diploma in a relevant field.
- Preferably a teaching qualification or pedagogical-didactic certificate, or be in the final phase of a teacher training program. A training trajectory is possible if no qualification is yet obtained.
- Willingness to guide students at least one evening per week (Monday and/or Wednesday).
- Good pedagogical, didactic, and coaching skills.
- A curious and entrepreneurial attitude to follow and utilize ICT developments.
Practical
- Gross monthly salary between € 3,713 and € 5,495 (scale LB, mbo collective labor agreement).
- End-of-year bonus (8.33% of annual salary).
