This role bridges Business and IT within medium to large-scale projects. The focus is on gathering and challenging business requirements, coordinating functional analyses and developments, defining priorities, ensuring robust end-to-end solution design, and supporting the transition to run activities.
The consultant will work on data-oriented processes covering data flows, storage, traceability, reporting, and user interfaces, while ensuring effective communication across stakeholders and maintaining high quality standards in a dynamic Agile environment.
What you do
- Coordinate medium to large-scale IT projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Collect, analyze and validate business and user requirements
- Define priorities and objectives in collaboration with business representatives and project teams
- Coordinate functional analysis and development activities
- Ensure the quality and consistency of functional and technical solution designs
- Organize and coordinate project execution from analysis to implementation
- Contribute to the setup and transition to run operations
- Support acceptance testing activities and ensure proper follow-up
- Report project progress regularly to management
- Promote collaboration, communication, and positive team spirit between Business and IT
- Gather, document and challenge user requirements
- Perform business and functional analysis
- Design IT solutions for medium-scale projects
- Coordinate project activities and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to all concerned parties
- Analyze and improve business processes and applications
- Define and document functional requirements for IT developments
- Produce and maintain project documentation
- Describe test scenarios and coordinate test execution with testers and test coordinators
- Document new and adapted business processes and functionalities
- Support acceptance testing and validation phases
- Ensure alignment with Agile project methodologies
- Assist in prioritization, planning and objective setting
- Ensure achievement of project goals within agreed constraints
- Contribute to communication, collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team
