What you will do. As an ambulatory supervisor, you provide guidance to young people, families, and adults. You do this at home, in the office, or elsewhere in the neighborhood. You will have a varied caseload and a lot of freedom to organize your own schedule. Together, you work on increasing self-reliance, self-direction, and sustainable solutions.
Collaboration in the neighborhood.
- You work closely with the neighborhood team and other professionals.
- You assess what residents need, ranging from simple support questions to complex situations where you take a broad view of all living areas.
- Experience with Intensive Ambulatory Family Treatment (IAG trajectories) is a valuable addition.
Taking charge and connecting.
- You explore the request for help with the resident or client and determine appropriate support.
- Sometimes you provide this support yourself, sometimes you involve other specialists or take the lead in a case.
- You collaborate with the network of the resident or client and other involved professionals, such as consultants, referrers, and social workers.
- You look beyond the request for help alone and pay attention to the influence of the environment.
Guiding in a suitable way.
- You work accessibly and flexibly, even when there is no formal indication.
- You guide, motivate, and evaluate the set goals together with the resident or client.
- You actively contribute to the development of the team and an open, learning work atmosphere.
Profile
- Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree related to care, preferably SKJ-registered.
- Experience in ambulatory work with young people and/or adults.
- Experience with systemic work.
- Experience as an Intensive Ambulatory Family Therapist (IAG) is a plus.
- Independent, able to plan and maintain an overview.
- Thinks broadly, takes charge, and enjoys taking the lead.
- Communicates clearly and with a touch of humor.

- You will join an enthusiastic ambulatory team with fellow supervisors, a behavioral scientist, and a cluster manager.
- You work independently but are not alone.
- Regular consultations, intervision, and collegial support.
