What you will do.
- Guide and advise employees and employers on health, work, and sustainable employability.
- Look beyond individual absenteeism issues and actively contribute to preventing absenteeism.
- Collaborate intensively with occupational physician assistants and absenteeism case managers, with an important medical and advisory role.
- Provide content-related guidance to colleagues, monitor the quality of services, and ensure that different expertise areas align well.
- Identify developments within organizations and translate them into practical and substantiated advice.
- Act as an advisor and partner for clients, focusing on solutions that suit both the employee and the organization.

- Completed medical degree and a valid BIG registration.
- Registration as an occupational physician.
- Good communication, listening, and advisory skills.
