You work as a Coordinating Supervisor/Personal Supervisor within a residential facility for aging clients with an intellectual disability. You are a stable factor, maintain an overview, and monitor the quality of care, while being visibly present for clients and colleagues. You work with clients (50+) who may be physically more vulnerable or have a greater need for structure, proximity, or clarity.
You bring calm and trust and are responsible for the care process, including support plans and coordination with family, mentors, and therapists. You also actively participate in the group.
