As an HR consultant, you are the point of contact for clients within the public sector, such as government organizations and public educational institutions. You build lasting relationships and support clients and flexible employees with various HR issues. You work with colleagues for the success of clients within various public organizations.
What you will do.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and flexible employees
- Advise on HR and personnel matters
- Conduct performance, evaluation, and guidance interviews
- Prepare and process contracts and personnel administration
- Approach candidates for open vacancies
- Ensure optimal service to clients and employees
Profile
- MBO or HBO working and thinking level (equivalent to vocational or associate degree)
- In possession of a driving license B
- Socially and communicatively strong
- Easily builds relationships
- Listens well and understands the needs of clients, flexible employees
- A connecting discussion partner who easily switches between different interests
- Works accurately and keeps administrative processes in order
- Feels comfortable in a dynamic environment
- Takes responsibility and maintains an overview of activities
