Foreman installer of windows and doors

• You depart from the warehouse in the morning. Before departure, you check if everything for the site is complete and correct.
• You dismantle existing joinery and install PVC, aluminum, and wooden windows, doors, and sliding doors, in renovation and new construction.
• You assemble accessories: roller shutters, screens, fly screens, sills.
• You take care of the interior and exterior finishing: caulking, folding work, casings.
• You direct your colleague installer and monitor the pace and quality on the site.
• You are the client's point of contact on the site: you review the work upon arrival and hand over upon departure.
• You correctly deliver each site: photos, delivery document, and outstanding points are communicated the same day.

• At least 5 years of experience as an exterior joinery installer, part of which as a lead person or foreman.
• Knowledge of PVC, aluminum, and wood, both in renovation and new construction.
• You finish work as you would want it in your own home.
• You can direct a colleague: clearly, without shouting and without doing everything yourself.
• Agreements are kept.
• You work cleanly, leave the site tidy, and are polite to clients.
• You have a BE driving license (trailer).
• You speak fluent Dutch.
• Assets: experience with interior finishing (MDF, PVC), plasterboard or plastering; VCA certificate.
• As a self-employed person: you have a business number, professional liability insurance, and your own tools.
