- You communicate smoothly with patients, residents, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- You are flexible and easily find your way within a new organization or team.
- You speak and understand sufficient Dutch to work safely and professionally.
- You can travel to assignments within your agreed region.
- Experience within a hospital, residential care center, home care, or another healthcare setting is a plus.
