What you will do.
- Lead the forecasting and budgeting process for the legal entity, in close collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze key business drivers, including production costs, raw material and energy costs, and personnel planning.
- Translate financial data, provided by the reporting team, into usable management information and reports for the works council.
- Identify and co-develop improvement initiatives to further optimize business results.
- Prepare business cases for large-scale expansion and optimization projects.
- Support strategic planning within the various product lines.
- Define and monitor a uniform application of financial tools within the Business Division.
- Stimulate standardization, efficiency, and self-service reporting within the organization.
Profile
- Master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or an equivalent economic field.
- An additional qualification such as CMA, CPA, or MBA is a strong asset.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience within Finance & Control.
- Experience as a business partner in an international or multicultural environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of business processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate financial information comprehensibly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP BW.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and hands-on mentality.
