Application Specialist Dynamics 365 F&O

For a period of 3-6 months, an Application Specialist Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is sought. You will be responsible for the management, optimization, and further development of the F&O platform within an organization. You will act as the link between business and IT, ensuring that financial and operational processes are optimally supported by the system.

What you will do.

• Manage and support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Analyze and resolve incidents and user questions.
• Coordinate changes, releases, and testing.
• Improve and optimize business processes within Finance, Projects, Procurement, Inventory, and Logistics.
• Collaborate with key users, suppliers, and implementation partners.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, work instructions, and knowledge articles.

What they ask

• Completed HBO or master's degree in information science or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with ERP application management, or 5-10 years of experience in the field.
• Demonstrable experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or comparable ERP solutions.
• Good knowledge of both financial processes and operational modules such as Project Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Warehouse Management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to independently understand problems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to switch between users, management, and technical teams.
• Proactive attitude and takes ownership.
• Critical and curious: dares to ask probing questions to uncover the real request behind a problem or change request.
